Midea Washer - Not Rinsing / Spinning

Repair Summary
Checked washer for not rinsing or spinning properly. Customer stated that when the washer reached the Rinse & Spin portion of the cycle, it would return to the wash cycle. Upon arrival, found the cold water supply turned off and the hot and cold water lines crossed. Also found the cold water inlet valve operating noisily due to hot water being supplied to the cold valve. Replaced the water inlet valve and corrected the water supply condition. Ran a Rinse & Spin cycle and verified the washer is now operating properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
