Repair Summary
Checked dishwasher for a delay start concern. Initially, the complaint was described as the dishwasher being stuck in Delay Start; however, upon inspection, found the LED display was continuously flashing as if the control panel was shorting. Ran HASS diagnostics and verified all other components were operating properly with no error codes or leaks present. Also educated the customer on proper dishwasher installation, including the need for a high-looped drain hose. Customer understood and stated he would correct this after completing the kitchen remodel. Returned and replaced the control panel assembly, transferring the two small control boards and chime from the original assembly to the new panel. Tested operation and verified the display and dishwasher are now working properly (see video).
