Repair Summary
Checked dryer for not heating. Upon arrival, connected HASS and found a stored error code related to the heating system. Verified the dryer was receiving the proper 240 VAC supply. Tested the heating element and found it open, confirming the element had failed. Replaced the heating element and tested the dryer through a heating cycle. Verified the dryer is now heating and operating properly. Customer stated the dryer vent had been professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Unit checks normal at this time.
