Repair Summary
Checked dryer for a noise complaint. Upon arrival, confirmed an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the dryer during operation. Disassembled the unit and found one of the drum support rollers had come apart and was falling off the shaft. As soon as the roller was touched, it separated completely, confirming the source of the noise. Provided the customer with a repair estimate, which they approved. Replaced both rear drum support rollers and the roller shaft, then reassembled the dryer. Tested operation and verified the drum rotated smoothly, the heater operated properly, and all abnormal noises were eliminated. Unit checks normal.
