Repair Summary
Checked dryer for a noise complaint. Tested operation and found the drum scraping against the right side panel. Disassembled the dryer and determined the side panel was not the cause. Found the front portion of the drum had a noticeable wobble and appeared to be out of round (see video). Inspected the drum rollers and front bearing and found no obvious damage, but ordered them as a precaution. Returned and replaced the drum and front drum assembly. Tested operation and verified the scraping noise is no longer present (see video). Ran the HASS Overall Check and submitted a passing report to Samsung.
