Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for an active 41 error code and the Family Hub not responding. Inspected the main control board, tabletop assembly, wiring, and connections and found no visible physical damage or disconnected wiring. Also found the Auto Door feature and AutoFill water pitcher were not functioning. Ordered a new Family Hub assembly, main control board, and tabletop assembly. Returned and replaced the ordered components. Tested operation and verified the AutoFill pitcher filled properly, the Auto Door feature is now operating, and the 41 error code has cleared. Ran diagnostics and the refrigerator passed all tests. Unit is working properly at this time.
