Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the large cube ice maker being broken. Upon inspection, found the refrigerator has the older-style water pipes. Contacted Tech Support and was advised that both water pipes need to be replaced along with the damaged large cube ice maker. Checked the nugget ice maker and found it operating normally at this time. Verified proper water pressure to the refrigerator. Ordering both water pipes and the large cube ice maker to complete the repair.
