Samsung Fridge - Dented Freezer Door

Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for a dented freezer door. Upon arrival, found a dent in the bottom left corner of the freezer door. Replaced the freezer door with a new door and inspected the replacement to verify there were no dents or scratches. Ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test, which initially failed. Further inspection found a loose wiring connection at the top of the freezer door; the connection separated with minimal contact. Reconnected and secured the wiring and reran the HASS Overall Test, which passed with no issues. Prior to correcting the connection, the exterior sides of the refrigerator were excessively warm; after the connection was repaired, the sides returned to normal temperatures. No other issues found at this time. Unit checks normal.
