Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for error codes. Upon arrival, found a 25C error code related to the evaporator sensor. Removed the evaporator cover and found the evaporator area frozen over. Checked the defrost heater, power supply, and sensor circuit. All components tested properly except the sensor, which was reading excessively high resistance. Based on testing and Samsung STG diagnostics, determined the sensor was faulty. Replaced the sensor and completely thawed the ice buildup. Advised the customer to monitor the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. If the issue or 25C error returns, the main control board would be the next suspected component and may require replacement.
