Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the upper freezer drawer sticking and not closing completely. Customer was also concerned about cooling temperatures. Connected HASS and ran a service diagnostic, which showed no cooling errors. Inspected the freezer drawer and found frost buildup on the rails, causing them to stick during opening and closing. Also found the drawers were overfilled and some items had fallen behind them, interfering with proper operation. Removed the obstructing items and cleared the frost from the rails. Verified the drawers now open and close smoothly and completely. Cycled the ice makers and verified proper operation. Educated the customer on proper freezer loading and ways to help improve ice production. Unit checks normal at this time.
