Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the upper freezer door gasket not sealing properly. Upon inspection, found the freezer drawer rails damaged. Replaced the damaged rails and tested operation. Verified the freezer drawer now opens and closes properly and the gasket is sealing correctly. Educated the tenants on avoiding overloading the freezer to help prevent future damage to the drawer rails. Uploaded before-and-after videos showing the gasket sealing properly.
