Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the bottom ice maker not working. Manually cycled the ice maker and found it did not respond. Verified the fill tube was not frozen. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the bottom ice maker and tested operation. Verified the ice maker is now cycling and operating properly (see video). Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.
