Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the upper ice maker not working properly. Customer stated the ice was coming out slushy before ice production stopped. Upon inspection, found frost buildup around the ice maker and the air passage frozen over. Thawed and cleared the ice room and air passage. Replaced the ice maker, auger assembly, and ice bin. Tested operation and verified the ice maker cycled properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.
