Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the whiskey ball ice maker leaking water. Upon inspection, found the ice maker was not sealing properly and was leaking from the center seal. Also found several stored error codes related to the whiskey ball ice maker. Removed and replaced the ice maker and fill tubes. Cycled the ice maker and verified it operated properly and called for water with no leaks present. Removed the large block of ice from the ice bin and reinstalled the bin. Ran HASS service diagnostics and found no additional error codes. Verified refrigerator temperatures are within the proper range. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production. Unit checks normal at this time.
