Samsung Fridge - Leak Near Crisper Drawer

Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for reported water accumulation near the bottom of the fresh food section and crisper drawer. Customer stated they returned from up north on October 8 and found water in the crisper area, which they cleaned up prior to our arrival on October 15. No water was present during today's inspection. Removed the fresh food evaporator cover and inspected the area; no issues were found. Poured water into the evaporator drain and verified the drain is clear and draining properly. Inspected the evaporator coil and confirmed a proper frost pattern. Cycled the ice maker and tested the water dispenser, verifying proper operation with no leaks. No additional issues could be found or duplicated during today's service. Unit checks normal at this time.
