Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for low ice production. Customer stated this has been an issue since they moved in. Checked temperatures and verified they are within the proper range. Ran HASS diagnostics and found no cooling errors. The Weak Cooling Test passed. Found a small amount of frost around the ice maker, but not enough to prevent it from harvesting properly. Replaced the ice maker to address the low ice production concern. Ran the HASS Overall Check and submitted passing results to Samsung. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production.
