Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a no-cooling complaint. Connected HASS and performed the Weak Cooling Test, which failed. Inspected the sealed system and found a refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. Replaced the leaking Lokring connection and filter drier. Pressure tested the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and recorded a 7 PSI pressure drop over 15 minutes, confirming the repair was successful. Evacuated the sealed system to a deep vacuum and recharged the refrigerator with the factory-specified refrigerant charge. Tested operation and verified the refrigerator is cooling properly. Advised the customer to allow up to 24 hours for temperatures to return to normal. Unit checks normal at this time.
