Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, connected HASS and found the unit failed the Weak Cooling Test. Inspected the compressor compartment and found a small refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. The refrigerator doors needed to be removed to access the compressor compartment, and the customer approved the removal. Based on the previous service history, the compressor also required replacement, and a charging port could not be installed during the previous repair. Ordered the replacement compressor and condenser coil, with the required Lokring supplied from truck stock. Returned and completed the sealed-system repair, including replacement of the compressor and condenser coil. Pressurized the sealed system and confirmed it passed the leak test with no leaks detected. Evacuated the system to a proper vacuum and recharged the refrigerator according to factory specifications. Restored operation and advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to reach proper operating temperatures and to continue monitoring the unit. Unit checks normal at this time.
