Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Upon inspection, found a refrigerant leak at the condenser Lokring connection. Attempted to repair the leak by replacing the Lokring fitting; however, the connection continued to leak after the repair. After multiple repair attempts, there was insufficient tubing remaining to safely perform another repair. Contacted manufacturer technical support and documented the findings and unsuccessful repair attempts. Technical support submitted the case for further review and advised that the manufacturer will contact the customer directly regarding the next steps. Unit remains pending manufacturer resolution.
