Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no cooling. Unit had stored error codes for the inverter and a locked-rotor compressor. The inverter board was replaced initially; however, the error codes returned and the refrigerator stopped cooling again. On the return visit, replaced the inverter board again and completed a sealed-system repair, including compressor replacement (see attached photos). Pressure tested the sealed system with 350 PSI of nitrogen and bubble tested all accessible joints with no leaks found. After 15 minutes, pressure dropped only 2 PSI, resulting in a passing pressure test. Evacuated the system to approximately 600 microns and restored power. Verified the compressor and all fans started and operated properly. Set temperatures accordingly and ran a HASS service diagnostic report. All components are operating properly with no faults present. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for proper cooling temperatures to be reached. Unit checks normal at this time.
