Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for customer complaint of no cooling. Upon arrival, connected Samsung HASS diagnostic software and retrieved error codes 71, 72C, and 21C, indicating faults associated with the cooling system and BSD blower fan operation. Inspected the refrigerator and determined that replacement of the evaporator assembly was necessary to correct the airflow and cooling issues.


Replaced the evaporator assembly and tested all associated components to verify proper operation. Confirmed that air is now circulating correctly throughout the refrigerator. Performed a complete HASS diagnostic test, which passed without any errors or abnormalities. Also manually cycled both ice makers located in the bottom freezer compartment to verify operation. Advised the customer to replace the existing third-party water filter with a genuine Samsung filter to help prevent potential water flow and ice production issues. Instructed the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for the refrigerator to return to normal operating temperatures. All components tested are functioning properly, and the unit checks normal at this time.
