Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production and the ice bucket being stuck in place. Upon arrival, found the customer was using an incorrect water filter and advised them to use a genuine Samsung filter. Found ice buildup along the side walls of the ice compartment. Replaced the auger assembly, ice maker, and damaged ice bucket. Ran HASS diagnostics and the unit passed all tests. Cycled the ice maker and verified it completed the cycle properly. All checks good at this time. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for ice production.
