Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Verified the water dispenser is working properly, confirming water supply to the refrigerator. Attempted to cycle the ice maker, but it would not respond. Checked the IR sensor and verified it is operating with the red indicator illuminated. Unable to connect to HASS due to lack of cellular reception at the location. Replaced the ice maker, then tested and verified it cycled and filled with water properly. Confirmed refrigerator temperatures are set to 37°F in the fresh food section and 0°F in the freezer. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for ice production.
