Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no ice production. Upon arrival, found the upper ice maker bucket stuck. Customer stated they primarily use the lower ice maker. Tested the lower ice maker and verified it responds and cycles properly, but found no water entering the ice maker. Further inspection found the fill tube frozen over, preventing water from entering. Ordered a replacement fill tube. Customer elected to keep the upper ice maker turned off for the time being. Returned and installed the new fill tube for the lower freezer ice maker. Found the original fill tube frozen internally. Tested the ice maker and verified it now cycles and fills with water properly. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to resume. No other issues found at this time. Unit checks normal.
