Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for no ice production from the lower cubed ice maker. Customer reported no additional operational concerns. Connected to the refrigerator using Samsung HASS diagnostic software and performed a system evaluation. The HASS report identified error codes indicating failures associated with the ice maker and ice pipe. Based on the diagnostic results, determined that both components required replacement to restore proper ice production.

Replaced the lower cubed ice maker and ice pipe assembly. Following the repair, manually initiated harvest cycles on both ice makers and verified that each completed its cycle and called for water as designed. Inspected the water connections and surrounding areas during testing and confirmed no leaks were present. Verified refrigerator settings were properly configured for ice production. Advised the customer to allow approximately 24 hours for normal ice production to resume. At the time of service, both ice makers passed operational testing, and the refrigerator checked normal.
