Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for not dispensing ice. Verified the water dispenser was working properly; however, the auger motor was not engaging to dispense ice. Inspected the main control board connections, auger assembly, and wiring at the upper door hinge and verified all connections were properly secured. Diagnosed the main control board and auger motor assembly as faulty. Replaced the main control board and auger assembly, then tested operation. Verified the refrigerator is now dispensing ice properly. Unit checks normal at this time.
