Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for ice maker not operating properly and ice bucket being difficult to remove. Upon arrival, checked for stored error codes and found none. Verified the refrigerator is cooling to the desired temperatures. Removed the ice bucket and found a chunk of ice obstructing the bucket and preventing it from being removed properly. Cleared the ice obstruction and inspected the ice maker system. The ice maker kit had previously been replaced, and the IR sensor was functioning and glowing red. No additional issues were found during testing. Advised the customer to monitor ice maker operation and report back if the issue returns. Unit checks normal at this time.
