Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for no water dispensing. Upon arrival, tested the dispenser with the water filter removed and verified good water pressure, indicating a faulty filter housing. Provided the customer with an estimate for the repair, which was approved. Replaced the filter housing. The water shutoff valve under the sink was extremely difficult to operate and would not turn, so the main water supply to the house had to be shut off to complete the repair. Made the customer aware of the shutoff valve issue. Restored the water supply and tested the dispenser. Verified water is now dispensing properly. No other errors or issues found at this time.
