Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a water dispenser not dispensing water. Upon arrival, activated the dispenser and confirmed that it was calling for water, but no water was being dispensed. Inspected the water supply behind the refrigerator and found the water valve turned off. Verified that adequate water pressure was available; however, the dispenser still failed to deliver water, indicating an issue with the water filter housing.
Replaced the water filter housing and tested the dispenser operation. Verified that water was dispensing properly after the repair, with no additional issues detected. Unit is operating normally at this time.
