Repair Summary

Checked refrigerator for the water pitcher overfilling. Upon arrival, connected HASS and checked for stored error codes. Found errors related to the ice maker and the water pitcher housing sensor. Ran the HASS Weak Cooling Test, which passed with no issues. Tested the water pitcher and found it initially filled to the proper level; however, after reaching the correct water level, it began filling again, indicating an issue with the pitcher fill sensing system. Provided the customer with an estimate for the recommended repair, but the customer declined the repair at this time. Advised the customer that they may contact Samsung to inquire about a one-time warranty accommodation. Unit checks normal otherwise.
