Repair Summary
Checked microwave for buttons not responding. Upon arrival, plugged the microwave back in and found the controls were responding and the unit was operating properly at this time. Also found an installation issue where the surrounding cabinetry will need to be disassembled in order to remove the microwave for service. Made the customer aware that if the issue returns and the door assembly needs to be replaced, she will be responsible for having the microwave made accessible for service, along with an additional service fee. Unable to duplicate the reported control issue at this time.
