Repair Summary
Checked microwave for intermittent no-heat condition. Upon arrival, tested with a glass of water and found inconsistent heating results. The first test heated the water to 133°F, the second test only reached 87°F, and the third test reached 107°F, confirming sporadic heating. Determined the magnetron, capacitor, diode, and main control board would need to be replaced, as the control board supplies power to the magnetron. Returned and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, diode, and main control board. Tested the microwave multiple times and verified it consistently heated a cup of water to approximately 149°F on each test with no further heating inconsistencies. Reassembled the unit and performed a final test. All checks good at this time with no further issues found.
