Repair Summary
Checked microwave for no power. Replaced the main control board and door latch assembly. Tested the microwave and verified it is now operating properly. Uploaded a video documenting the unit functioning correctly. Advised the customer to have the property owner send the original installer back to change the direction of the ventilation fan, as this is an installation-related adjustment. Customer was advised that, since they are renting the property and are not the owner, we cannot assume responsibility for potential damage resulting from modifying the installation. Unit checks normal at this time.
