Repair Summary
Checked microwave for a noise while operating. Upon arrival, found the vent grille was not installed correctly, preventing the door from closing completely. Adjusted the vent grille and prepared to install the replacement door; however, found the new door was defective and caused the microwave to shut off intermittently. Reinstalled the original door and tested operation. Verified the door is closing properly and the microwave is operating and heating normally with no issues at this time.
