Repair Summary
Checked range for the Air Fry and Dehydrate options not working. Upon inspection, found this model requires the middle divider rack that separates the upper and lower oven cavities to be removed before these features can be used (see pictures). Removed the divider rack and tested both functions. Verified the features are now operating properly. Unit is working properly at this time.
