Repair Summary
Checked oven for multiple burner issues. Customer stated the front two burners were not working and the rear right burner was not cycling heat properly, with only the rear left burner operating normally. Tested all four burners and documented operation on video. Removed the control panel to inspect the regulators and found the control panel infested, with roach feces covering the main control board. Also found the main wire harness to the front left burner severely burnt and damaged. The unit would require multiple components, including burners, regulators, main control board, and wire harness assembly. Recommend replacing the complete control panel assembly since it includes several of the required components. Due to the roach contamination affecting the unit, the warranty company determined the repair is not covered under the customer’s plan.
