Repair Summary
Checked range for rear small burners not working. Upon inspection, found evidence of a roach infestation inside the range. Advised the customer of the findings and explained that Samsung would need to review the documentation to determine whether the repair would qualify for warranty coverage. Submitted photos and documentation to Samsung for review. Samsung reviewed the documentation and confirmed that the repair is not covered under warranty due to the roach infestation. No repairs performed at this time.
