Repair Summary
Checked cooktop for the front right burner not working. Upon arrival, verified the burner was completely inoperative. The customer pulled the range out to allow access for inspection. Found the infinite switch had failed due to damage. Replaced all infinite switches per the manufacturer service bulletin. Tested all burners after the repair and verified each burner operates properly and regulates as designed. No further issues found at this time.
