Repair Summary
Checked oven for a cracked cooktop. Upon arrival, confirmed the cooktop glass was cracked. Educated the customer on proper use, care, and maintenance to help prevent future damage. Samsung had already pre-approved the cooktop replacement, so the damaged cooktop was removed and a new cooktop installed. Reassembled the unit, verified all surface burners were properly centered, and tested each burner to confirm proper heat regulation from high to low settings. Set the clock and verified all cooktop and oven functions operated as designed. Unit checks normal.
