Repair Summary
Checked cooktop for broken glass. Upon arrival, found the glass cooktop extensively damaged and broken in multiple areas. Replaced the cooktop assembly. During the repair, found a significant roach infestation throughout the interior of the range. Made the customer aware that infestation-related damage is not covered under the manufacturer warranty and that any current or future electrical failures resulting from the infestation would not be covered. Customer confirmed the appliance information on the service ticket is correct. Customer also reported that the left front burner is not working and the center ring of the right front burner is not operating. Advised the customer that repairs related to these electrical issues would not be covered due to the documented infestation.
