Repair Summary
Checked range for multiple burners activating when only one burner is selected. Upon inspection, confirmed abnormal operation consistent with a communication issue between the burner regulators. During testing, activating one burner caused another burner on the opposite side of the cooktop to activate without user input. Recorded and uploaded video documentation demonstrating the malfunction. Determined the control panel assembly requires replacement. If the control panel assembly is unavailable, all burner regulators and the associated wiring harness will need to be replaced. Advised the warranty company of the findings, required parts, and recommended repair. The warranty company will source the necessary components and ship them directly to the customer. Once all required parts are available, a new work order will be created to complete the repair. Unit remains pending parts and further service.
