Model: NE63A6311SS/AA
Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908
Repair Summary
Checked oven for overheating and inaccurate temperature regulation. Upon inspection, tested the oven temperature sensor and found its resistance reading outside the acceptable specifications. Tested both heating elements and confirmed they were operating properly. Determined that the temperature sensor required replacement. Provided the customer with a repair estimate, which was approved.
Replaced the oven temperature sensor and performed temperature testing. During testing, found the oven temperature was exceeding the selected temperature by approximately 100°F. Adjusted the oven temperature calibration offset to -25°F and preheated the oven to 450°F. Verified that the temperature difference was significantly reduced following the adjustment. Advised the customer to monitor oven performance and temperature accuracy. If overheating or temperature regulation issues persist, replacement of the main control board may be necessary. Unit checks normal at this time.
