Repair Summary

Checked unit for an intermittently unresponsive display. Upon arrival, attempted to start a cycle, but the display turned off instead of activating and remained completely unresponsive for over 1 minute. Contacted Samsung Technical Support and inspected the wiring and associated components, finding no visible burnt wires or damaged parts. Per Samsung's recommendation, determined that the complete display assembly required replacement.


Installed the new display assembly as directed by Samsung Technical Support. Tested the unit's operation and verified that all display inputs were responsive, with no delays or lagging observed. Advised the customer to monitor the unit for any recurring issues. All functions tested and are operating normally at this time.
