Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for the ice bites ice maker not producing ice. Upon inspection, found the ice bites ice maker housing cracked underneath, preventing proper operation. Provided the customer with a repair estimate, which they approved. Replaced the ice bites ice maker and performed a complete harvest and fill cycle. Verified the ice maker cycled correctly, filled properly, and showed no signs of leaking. Confirmed all functions were operating as designed. Unit checks normal.
