Repair Summary
Checked refrigerator for a no water and no ice complaint. Upon arrival, found the control lock feature enabled, preventing both the water dispenser and ice dispenser from operating. Disabled the control lock and verified both the water and ice dispensers were functioning properly. Educated the customer on the control lock feature and uploaded a video demonstrating normal operation. No further issues found. Unit checks normal.
