Samsung Washer - Excessive Vibration / Off Balance Issues

Repair Summary
Checked washer for customer complaint of excessive vibration and out-of-balance conditions during operation. Upon inspection, found the suspension rods damaged and no longer providing proper tub support and stability. Also identified an issue with the main electronic control board, which caused the washer to stop during the overall diagnostic test. Uploaded a video documenting the control board malfunction prior to completing the repairs.
Replaced the defective suspension assemblies and main electronic control board to restore proper tub stability and operation. Tested the washer following the repairs and uploaded a video documenting its operation. Customer showed the blanket previously washed in the unit. Explained that the blanket was too large for the washer's capacity and can become excessively heavy when saturated with water, creating an unbalanced load and placing additional stress on the suspension system and other mechanical components. Educated the customer on proper load sizes, weight distribution, and appropriate wash cycle selection to help prevent future out-of-balance conditions and premature component failures. Unit checks normal at this time.
