Repair Summary
Checked washer for not completing the spin cycle. Upon inspection, found a 4C error code caused by a clogged screen on the cold water inlet valve. Showed the customer how to properly clean the inlet screen and uploaded before-and-after videos showing proper operation. The primary issue was the suspension system, with damaged suspension components causing the washer to become unbalanced during spin. Replaced all four suspension rods and demonstrated to the customer the difference in tension between the old and new suspension. Ran calibration mode and a complete diagnostic test after the repair. Washer is now operating properly with no error codes or leaks. Unit checks normal at this time.
