Repair Summary

Checked washer for water leaks. Upon arrival, inspected the unit and confirmed water leaking from the front door area. Replaced the door diaphragm (door boot seal) to correct the leak and ensure a proper seal between the door and tub assembly.


After completing the repair, filled the washer tub approximately halfway with water and allowed the unit to agitate for several minutes to verify proper operation and check for leaks. No water leaks were detected during testing. Connected HASS diagnostic software and performed all applicable diagnostic tests, which passed without any errors or abnormalities. Informed the customer of the repair performed and verified that the washer is operating properly with no leaks detected at this time.
