Repair Summary
Checked washer for water leaking from the front rubber diaphragm. Upon inspection, found signs that the unit had been previously worked on. The front panel is dented, and the control panel has a crack inside the dispenser area that is only visible when the dispenser is pulled out. Replaced the rubber diaphragm. Noted that the retaining spring has limited tension; however, the customer stated it has been this way since the unit was new. Tested the washer with the new diaphragm installed and verified proper operation with no further leaks.
