Repair Summary
Checked washer for taking too long to fill. Upon arrival, connected HASS and found stored 4C and Ub error codes. Checked the household water supply and verified good water pressure. Tested the cold water inlet valve and found the solenoid was not opening fully, restricting water flow into the washer. Replaced the water inlet valve and retested the unit using HASS. Verified the washer is now filling properly and operating through the wash, drain, and spin functions as designed. No leaks were found. Unit checks normal at this time.
